Board Members
Our board currently consists of six active members and two honorary members, each with specific talents in their respective areas of expertise, all sharing an admirable public image and a common desire to make notable improvements in the real estate rental industry. All of our board members are local to the Twin Cities and have strong ties to the local business economy. Our "active" board members are present for all general membership meetings and board meetings. Each "active" board member has the ability to vote on important issues discussed at board meetings. Our "honorary" board members serve in an advisory capacity, and they are not required to attend any meetings. "Honorary" board members do not participate in board votes.

Mission Statement
We continue to work with local officials and utility companies (among others), to protect and preserve the rights of rental property owners and managers. Our goal is to bring about serious changes that will positively impact the ability of rental property owners and managers to profit from their investments and further develop their thriving businesses. This shall be accomplished through the cooperative efforts and education of all landlords and property managers. Together, we can build and maintain a better "landlording community" for everyone.
